Abstract Submission
You can submit your abstract through the SustainNatural-2026 online abstract submission system.
The submission form requires your name, email address, organisation, country, presentation preference, category, session and abstract file. Abstracts can be submitted in PDF, DOC or DOCX format.
Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
The permitted combinations are:
- One oral presentation and one poster, or
- Two posters
An additional presentation fee applies to each extra presentation. Researchers planning multiple presentations should contact the conference secretary for details.
Previously published research should not normally be submitted unless the abstract represents a further progression or significant development of the published research.
All submitted abstracts undergo a scientific review process.
The initial screening checks whether the abstract fits the conference scope and submission requirements. Suitable abstracts are then evaluated by the relevant session chair or scientific review committee, with independent expert review used when appropriate.
Abstracts may be accepted, rejected or returned for revision. The conference review process considers factors including originality, relevance, research quality, conclusions and clarity.
